I love reading articles where the registry not only causes hardship on registrants but it also causes hardship on the community, also Love how the people in the community feel helpless because of the registry, if they never knew this guy was moving into their county I’m pretty sure they still would protect their kids the same exact way as if they knew he was in their county in the last 20 years I rarely see kids in the neighborhoods outside playing like we did was back in the 80s and 90s The registry put end to that.
On the other hand I do understand where these people are coming from this guy is a (SVP) he sounds like he’s extremely dangerous, so I understand why they don’t want him in their community.
Me Personally I don’t want street vendors on every single corner in my community BUT what can I do about it, The only thing I could do is wait until the state of California passes a law Prohibiting street vendors from setting up shop in my neighborhood
We need to push hard for a path to get off tier 3 . This is a key element for people on this hit list who otherwise can’t get off through how the new tier law is written. Push back , fight back & advocate abolishment to rid this unconstitutional tier registry system !
